M/Y Aldebaran Redelivery Marks Another Successful Refit Project for NCA Refit

NCA Refit proudly announces the redelivery of M/Y Aldebaran, a 42-metre luxury motor yacht, confirming once again the shipyard’s expertise in delivering high-quality superyacht refit and maintenance projects.

Built in 2002, M/Y Aldebaran features a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, combining robustness and performance with refined onboard comfort. The yacht accommodates up to 10 guests across five cabins — one master cabin, two double cabins and two twin cabins — as well as seven crew members, ensuring optimal functionality for both private and charter use.

Comprehensive maintenance and refit works

M/Y Aldebaran arrived at NCA Refit earlier this year and was hauled out using a floating dock, allowing for an extensive maintenance programme.

The scope of work included:
• Complete hull survey
• Full exterior repainting
• Teak decking restoration
• General technical and structural maintenance

These interventions were carried out to the highest standards, enhancing both the yacht’s performance and aesthetic appeal, while extending her operational life.

This successful redelivery represents another milestone for NCA Refit, further reinforcing its position as a trusted refit partner for owners of superyachts and megayachts seeking reliability, craftsmanship and technical excellence in the Mediterranean.
